Funny Baby Clothes

There is no prediction when a child will learn to walk or talk.  All 3 of my kids began walking right around 1 yr old.  But the talking part was very different.  My oldest just kinda babbled, then at 24 months he began talking in sentences.  I’m like you knew how to talk all this time didn’t you.  My second was giving dissertations standing on top of the coffee table to the people who worked for my husband and were over for a Christmas party.  He must have been making an important point because he went on for 30 minutes and nobody even spoke.

Now, my third.  He didn’t even say ma ma until he was 3.  Before that time he talked with his facial expressions.  Everyone said his brother is just tellin you what he said.  If you asked his older brother what he said he say “how should I know”.  He could literally ask for a sandwich, to go for a walk, or even blame his dirty diapers on the dog.  I 0an’t explain how he did this, but his father and I knew exactly what he wanted.  It would have been nice to have some funny baby clothes with sayings on them that I knew he was trying to express.
