No spring chicken

Remember when you were in highschool and everything was so far off.  Marriage, kids, go forbid death.   I had all the energy in the world.  After my first child I knew I’d never be able to handle more than one.   I was dead on my feet half the time.

Supprisingly, I had two more and was  amazed at thow the energy, or possibly the ability was back three fold.  Now as my grandkids visit I’m back to not being able to keep up sometimes.  I long for the times my little ones were still in baby onesies.
