Choppers Drive me crazy

We live around the corner to the owners of a biker bar.  The bar is not close, but I think they have harley parties every night at 2-4am.  We live on a corner, so they stop at the stoplight. rev their engines and discuss, in a volume loud enough to hear over about 5 or 6 harleys, “what should we do now”.  Easy , force on a toddler t-shirt to express your intelligence level at your age,l  turn off your bike and shut up, some of us work in the daytime.

The police where I live are notorious for “can’t do anything unless I hear it”.  If they hear an interesting call on the radio, whether they are to investigate, they go just for something to do.  You can be parked wierd and it will take 8 officers to “subdue” you.  I don’t think they are abusive, just completely irresponsible.  I guess this is more about the cops than the bikes.  I’m afraid if I really needed a policeman – they would all be “busy”.
