Why

No matter what anyone tells you, you are not your kids and they are most definitely not a reflection on you.  You do the best you can, but in the end their own personality and that of the surrounding environment will come through.  Some of those people are important figures in their lives and have a big effect.

I have 3 boys.  Sometimes it feels like only 2.  My oldest and especially my youngest I am so proud of I am amazed I had anything to do with raising them.  Even as teens, notably tough years, they are kind and loving.  Sometimes to the point where they get walked on – not good.  But I do have a son everyone loves, but he has done things to me I wouldn’t do to my worst enemy – WHERE DOES THAT COME FROM!  I’m not perfect, but I also know I didn’t instill or do anything to raise someone like that.  They certainly don’t make  toddler tees to fit that situation.
